eeeemail, olav Just wanted to make note that checking the Gnome i586 DVD to see if it possibly had the same bug (it doesn't) showed that after the screen faded to black, the DVD install then cut the signal to the monitor. The Gnome CD install doesn't get that far. The back light remains active after it fades to black on the Gnome CD install.
