The package is on the mirrors
ftp://mageia.webconquest.com/distrib/cauldron/i586/media/core/release/mageia-doc-mcc-ru-4.5-1.mga4.noarch.rpm

and so is the Indonesian one with which I just tried on an Indonesian install, but which failed, too. Maybe I forgot to configure media sources :-[ but when I pressed help in MCC in an Indonesian install, there was an attempt to download mageia-doc-mcc-id but the package couldn't be found and then the English version was opened.

Anyway, on a Dutch install, after configuring the media sources, mageia-doc-mcc-nl was downloaded and installed and it worked as it should

Can you please check your mirror is up-to-date?

If it is, can you then attach the terminal/konsole output from when you start mcc from there (by typing mcc) until after you reached a help screen?

sorry, bug confirmed

I just tried on a Russian install.

When clicking on help, there was a message that mageia-doc-mcc-ru would get installed, but then the help is opened in English

The konsole output shows the mageia-doc-mcc-en is the one that was fetched and installed

I'm not sure about "there was a message that mageia-doc-mcc-ru would get installed,"
I can't read Russian ;-)

There was a message about mageia-doc-mcc-ru

Marja, error in name of package. You saw message about mageia-doc-contrib-mcc-ru, but name of package must be mageia-doc-mcc-ru.

I see 2 solutions:
* to fix mcc: s/mageia-doc-contrib-mcc-ru/mageia-doc-mcc-ru/
or
* to add in package mageia-doc-mcc-ru
Provides: mageia-doc-contrib-mcc-ru

OOPS

Sorry, expected to see the package name without "contrib-" and that is what I saw, even if it was not there.

Not all translators are on Mga 4 yet, so more languages might have the same problem

mageia-doc-4.5-2.mga4 should fix this bug.
I'm waiting for some confirmation.
