Description of problem:
location of printing to file is being ignored

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-24.2.0-1.mga3

How reproducible:
Every time since about two updates of firefox

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a WEB sire open 
2.chose print the print to file
3.choose a location
4. The file will print to a location I used before
5. The location I used before was chosen with a previous version of firefox that actually took the location I chose
