Classic 4RC DVD 64 with default RazorQT installation

Cosmetic/usability suggestion.

The menu option to "Install & Remove programs" (rpmdrake) is in the menu under "Other", would be better in the first tier.

RazorQt will be replaced by LxQt starting from Mageia 5 as RazorQt is no longer developed (razorqt devs joined the lxqt project).
