Description of problem:

The RPM : Mate-menu-editor is not install by default.
It is not easy to use for new user without edit their software menu.


Can you add for task-mate-minimal ?

I don't think any menu editor should be in minimal installation. It's not need to get minimal working environment.

Also, we should provide such menu that there're no reason to edit menus at all. Secondly, users who wants to edit menus are supposed to know how to install some menu editor.

This might be more correct language: I think we don't need any menu editor in minimal setup as it's not needed to get a working environment. :)

I also think same as Jani. A minimal installation should pull *only* dependencies and needed tools for a working environment. Without mate-menu-editor MATE Desktop will work. So no need to add bloat to a task-minimal package. Users who wants such tools and applications should install task-mate package. Closing this bug report as Wontfix.
