This is with gnome-music 3.10.1-3. It says this on startup:

No music found!
Put some files into the folder /home/goetz/Musik

There is music in this folder.

I don't know anything about it but it seems to use Tracker to find the music.

OK, I guess it took a bit longer than expected, but today it found my music.

Looks like it wasn't a bug in the end.
