An attempt to install the printer packages on Cauldron x86-64
fails with the following message

Packages to be installed:
system-config-printer
task-printing-server
task-printing-hp

bad rpm:
lib64net-snmp30-5-7.2-12.mga4.x86_64.rpm

you should tell if you are using online repo or not
so yes it's missing from iso:

[manu@vosdook ~]$ grep libnet-s /media/data/iso/mga4/Mageia-4-RC-*/*.idx
/media/data/iso/mga4/Mageia-4-RC-dual-DVD/Mageia-4-RC-dual-DVD.idx:Mageia - mageia dual 4 RC  libnet-snmp30-5.7.2 (i586)

And from kde live iso too but as s-c-p is not here..
