Description Jonas Thiem 2013-12-23 01:00:07 CET
Description of problem:
When opening the gnome tweak tool and setting "Laptop lid close action on battery" and "Laptop lid close action when on AC" both to "Nothing", the laptop will still go into suspend when the lid is closed. Clearly, this is not how those options are supposed to work.

I don't know whether the problem is with the gnome tweak tool, the gnome power manager, systemd or something else.

Manually editing /etc/systemd/logind.conf is a usable workaround.
