Uh, must have been a glitch.
An hour ago the 3/ folder did not even exist !?! so i did not check timestamp.

Anyway, 9 days is too long delayed anyway.
I have found it slow before, so i "always" use http://ftp.acc.umu.se/mirror/mageia/ which i find very good.

But we should IMO try to contact the mirror maintainer to have it either running good, or deleted.
