An upgrade of a basic M3 32-bit install updated with the
following media:

Mageia-4-beta2-i586-DVD.iso
afa1fdc44825d58f406e472c4dd0f8da  Mageia-4-beta2-i586-DVD.iso
Dated 12/10/13

Results in the MCC icon on the taskbar to go missing.

In VirtualBox, M3, KDE, 32-bit

Package(s) under test:
M3 -> M4 update

Create a basic up-to-date M3, 32-bit install

Upgrade the install using the latest M4B2 Classic Installer
Reboot system

System successfully reboots back to a working desktop
but the MCC icon on the taskbar has gone missing.
Copy the MCC icon launcher from the menu to the desktop.
Desktop MCC icon properly launches MCC.
