Description of problem: If you fill in all the needed info in a bugreport form to report something the lines "How reproducible" and "Steps to reproduce" is shown an extra time at the bottom of the Details-screen which shouldn't appear again as you have already given all the info needed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.4.1

How reproducible: I see this all the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bugs.mageia.org
2. Login.
3. Create a new bugreport.
4. Read at the bottom of Details-screen.
5. Voila! How reproducible and Steps to reproduce is seen once more for no reason.
