I was able to print the pdfs after processing them with 'pdf2pdf'. I still would not call this an "easy workaround" since normal users will not be able to to this. still valid ? there was some update iirc Yes, still valid. Tested just now with a up-to-date Mageia 3, using attached PDF PDF is to large for attaching. I uploaded it to http://filebin.ca/17S2WYkSa8VS/vorschau01cffeaf6b0d60a93c194f9ebe5a8202.pdf, sh1sum is 1d30f38d0b9b725d4d0bdb3ecefdcff5aefac68a Mageia 5 prints fine for me. So I assume fixed.
