localedrake will crash when selecting any input method.

How reproducible:
Only when select input method in localedrake. May affect installer (not sure).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run localedrake, click next.
2.select language, click next.
3.select country, click 'other country' and select input method.
localedrake will crash at this point.
