Description of problem:

I made 3 partitions on of 7Go and two of ~40mo, if I move mouse above partition which we don't see what is written in the box, a pop-up appers at the top-left of the screen, should be around the mouse.

Actually the patch only somewhat fixed it.
It was still sometimes placed at left.

However the fix was drop by Olav when updating to 3.13.3:

Whereas rediff was trivial.
I'll test installer with it.

If not enough, replacing "&&" to "||" would fix it
