Description martyn vidler 2013-12-01 20:17:21 CET
Description of problem:

Mag4 b2 Gnome 32bit & Mag4 b2 Kde 64bit

Plugged in FujiFilm digital camara via usb dosn't show up in file manager.
Blkid dosn't show it nor dose fdisk -l. Gparted dosn't show it either
dmesg | tail shows when camara connected and disconnected, journalctl -f shows camara connecting and disconnecting.

In KDE the usb icon pops up showing camara and gives 2 options file manager and Gwenview but neither see any pictures.
I removed sd card plug into laptop card is readable.

Tried on Mag3 all works ok via usb

Is this an UMS or MTP device ?

Component: Release (media or process) => RPM Packages

Does this problem still happen in Mageia 5 RC (will be released soon)?
