Triaged Unfortunately, QGIS 2.0.1 Python module cannot be built with current PyQt4 (4.10.3). This is a known bug, see https://hub.qgis.org/issues/8826 For my personal use, I've compiled PyQt 4.10.4 (dev snapshot) locally, and QGIS Python built OK. So I think we should either wait for PyQt 4.10.4 stable to release, or to promote dev snapshot to Cauldron. Theoretically, building QGIS Python with PyQt 4.10.3 is possible, but it will require really a LOT of patching. Hi, please update qgis to 2.4 version. Or wait to 2.5 or 2.6. And please enable python qgis for plugins. (python was disabled in specfile) thanks I have updated the spec to build with 2.4.0 http://glenbox.free.fr/files/qgis/SPECS/qgis.spec Could you please test it ? mga4 64: http://www.mageia-gr.org/rpm/4/x86_64/ mga5 64: http://www.mageia-gr.org/rpm/5/x86_64/ If everything is ok, we could ask the update for mga5 but unfortunately we are in freeze CC:
