Description of problem:
Starting sympy via isympy will crash every time without python-mpmath installed.
Plotting from sympy after installing python-mpmath, cannot produce a graphical output without python-matplotlib.

How reproducible:
Always after starting isympy it crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start isympy from terminal without python-mpmath or python-matplotlib installed
