It looks like a good idea. Maybe "RPM Packages" can also be the first in the list, if it is the most used. For those changes I think it's not in the templates on svn but in the admin part of bugzilla (with an admin account). CC:

I said "probably can do" at least.. :/ Someone with the right privileges can make the changes, if no one objects. It looks like no one objects so I made the change to the component name and description. However it doesn't seem possible to change the order (from the web interface at least). Status:
