You mean for the window decorations?
Gtk+ should already pull the oxygen theme for the widgets anyway...

Oxygen theme for xfwm4 was dropped intentionally from xfwm4 pkg [1]. However can't remeber why I did it, but I'm not going to bring it back for mga3 nor mga4. Lets see again for mga5.

To be honest, I've been thinking about switching the default theme for Xfce to something else than Oxygen as most people (including me) complains about Oxygen not working correctly or messing theming. See for example bug 7861.
