Description of problem:
Following installation steps were done:
1. install with dual-arch (usb) LXDE
2. add repositories (core/nonfree + update
3. system update
4. install task-kde4

package "net_monitor" was not installed automatically

There's no reason to have net_monitor installed by task-kde4

Also net_monitor is already suggested by drakx-net.

OK, net_Monitor is no part of dual-arch, so an update can't get it automatically.
