Description of problem:
If i try to select almost any other icon theme than gnome, almost everywhere it will show an x instead of icons. (missing icons?)

How reproducible:
Every time i try to select almost any other icon theme instead of gnome icons

Steps to Reproduce:
Click menu, tools, system settings, from appearance select themes, then select tab other settings, and at the icons select default for example, instantly the menu icon will dissapear and appear an x, also it's happening in nemo and pretty much everywhere.

It looks like the code to populate the icon menu is wrong as it includes all of the subdirs in /usr/share/icons even those without theme files.
