Description of problem:
* requested enhancement *

Sometimes a user doesn't have home access to a fast, reliable internet connexion, or has a significant download limit.

If the user has a portable computer and temporary access to another less restrictive internet connexion, say at the local library,
it would be useful to be able to download all the packages wanted, and then install them later at home.
This would allow spending less time at the alternate download location, which may have time restrictions.

So I would suggest :

1) An option to only download selectled packages, called "Download for later install".

2) After downloading, a means to later install these downloaded packages without the need to reselect each from all packages available.
Maybe by installing from packages in the download cache,
or by a list that was saved at download time.

3) The option of selecting to install some (instead of all) the downloaded packages, so a user could download a series of packages with similar functions, and try them out one at a time. (Such packages may have conflicts.)

That's it

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.
http://blog.mageia.org/en/2014/11/26/lets-say-goodbye-to-mageia-3/

Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Mageia
please feel free to click on "Version" change it against that version of Mageia
and reopen this bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
