Description of problem:
The name of systemd's openvpn service is : openvpn@.service

It should be openvpn.service or isn't it ?

service file is /usr/lib/systemd/system/openvpn@.service

1. urpmi openvpn
2. service openvpn status does not work
3. service openvpn@ status works instead

It's because it's a template service, not a normal one.  As I understand it, it makes a seperate service for each VPN connection you have.
