Description of problem:
My mouse is configured for "single-click to open files and folders" in systemsettings.
When I modify System administration->Connexion screen->Users->User image, the mouse configuration is reset to "Double-click to open files and folders"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "single-click to open files and folders" in system settings
2. Close systemsettings
3. Open a file with a single-click in a file manager
4. Open systemsettings
5. Try to modify (it doesn't work too !!) the user image in connexion screen (System administration->Connexion screen->Users->User image)
6. Apply the modification
7. Go to Harware->Input devices->Mouse->General
8. The "double-click to open files and folders" check box is quotted
9. Try to open a file in a file manager : a double-click is required
