We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System

Can't confirm here. Installed kde using alpha3 x86_64 dvd pre-release
iso image. I uncommented the line
%wheel ALL=(ALL) ALL
in /etc/sudoers, added my id to the wheel group, logged out/in.

$ sudo ls

I can't even see the existance of /etc/sudoers.

/etc/sudoers.d exists thou.

Freshly installed Mageia 4.1 only with KDE4.

Kernel used is: 3.12.25-desktop-3.mga4

x86_64 is the arch.

Medias used according to urpmq --list-media are:

Core Release (distrib1)
Core Release Debug (distrib2)
Core Updates (distrib3)
Core Updates Debug (distrib4)
Nonfree Release (distrib11)
Nonfree Release Debug (distrib12)
Nonfree Updates (distrib13)
Nonfree Updates Debug (distrib14)
Tainted Release (distrib21)
Tainted Release Debug (distrib22)
Tainted Updates (distrib23)

Core 32bit Release (distrib31)

I can't get my user to ger recognized in sudoers group even if I use userdrake as root and both create the group sudoers and then add my user to it.
