Hello, when you use the spellchecker (F7),; if it finds an error, you can choose "Tout replacer" (Replace everything?) to replace the occurence the spell checker detected and the  other occurrence which appears after in the document. Currently this function does not word; it replaces onyl one occurrence.

I do not know if this problem is fixed in the 4.1 version but I do not find any bug on this subject on the LibreOffice bugtracer (https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=replace).

Mga3 is no more supported.
Please reopen if you can reproduce wit Mga4
