Request for an Update of Mumble from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4

1.2.4 has the Opus codes as an new feature wich improves the soundquality very much.

mumble-1.2.4 adds a codec (opus) without which many in the conversation cannot hear you.
mumble-1.2.5 I believe is a security fix.

Should be a simple update then, right ? It should be good to contact the packager who maintains mumble.

I added changlog for 1.2.4 and 1.2.5.
1.2.5 is only a security update but 1.2.4 improves fonctionnalities and adds functions.

The security issues fixed in mumble 1.2.5 don't affect Mageia, because our package doesn't have opus support.

It seems that there is currently no packager who maintain Mumble. I contacted somebody i thought who can do this job and he said me it is really difficult to maintain Mumble.
Sorry but, if there's no maintainer, you just have to wait for somebody who wants to do this job.

This is now fixed on Cauldron (mga5) by updating mumble-1.2.7

I can not fix it for mga4 or mga3 because it would be too complicated to do that.


Be patient until the release of mga5 :)
