Rhythmbox buttons not being rendered correctly in KDE
and it works with another gtk theme ? still this bug about icons, gnome guys (and feel free to add someone else) Keywords:

Triaged I've run M4A2 Rhythmbox in the following environments with the noted results: KDE fail IceWM fail lxde ok xfce fail OpenBox fail Gnome ok All in Vbox (In reply to Manuel Hiebel from comment #2) > and it works with another gtk theme ? I have changed the KDE desktop themes to; Air Air for netbooks Excalibur Oxygen polishedStones and that does not seem to resolve the bug. This is a gtk regression. Basically, does not work with any icon theme that is not gnome, or that fallbacks to gnome. (change icon theme to gnome, or high contrast, and things should work) CC:

rhythmbox icon render
This screenshot was taken with icon theme set to Gnome.
Seems to not make any difference. Test done on 32-bit
M4A2 and real hardware.
@William make sure you have the gnome-icon-theme-symbolic package installed. also if you are using oxygen-gtk, you must make sure that the *kde* icon theme is changed to gnome. ... this 'should' work (otherwise I have no clue) http://wstaw.org/m/2013/09/16/plasma-desktopHc2366.png now it seems that you might have more things broken than I, since even your "play" buttons is broken (whereas the icon should exist in both oxygen and gnome icon themes ...
