Description of problem:
When attempting to create a HDR panorama in Hugin, the process failed with the following error message:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'vigra::PreconditionViolation'

How reproducible:
attempt to create a HDR panorama using the exr or tiff output format

Solution:
I litle investigated and found that problem is in vigra, which does not support EXR format

I try to find solution.
In vigra package I changed spec file. 
1. to compile option I add suport for openexr
%cmake -DWITH_OPENEXR=1

2. add OpenEXR-devel to dependence
BuildRequires:  OpenEXR-devel
Requires:  OpenEXR-devel

After installing the modified package export to HDR already works

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.

HDR export works for me. On Mageia 7 and also on the new Mageia 8. Thank you.
