Description claire robinson 2013-09-04 18:13:31 CEST
4alpha2 DVD 32 with a default LXDE installation

Deleted items sent to the Rubbish Bin/Trash do not appear there. This was previously found to be due to policykit not starting.

Policykit is installed but not started. Once set to start in Desktop Session in the tools menu and rebooted, the trash works normally.

Mate-polkit is a requirement for Lxde and it should start automatically. See bug#11956.

Does this still occurs with latest RC?

LXDE is no longer on the ISOs Atilla. You'd need to test locally.
