In Mageia Control Center and in the System section "Manage system services", if I disable some services and go back inside, I disabled services, are marked me again.

Which service? If it's one of the ones shown by
systemctl list-unit-files|grep static
then it's a service that cannot be disabled.

If it is one of those services, then this is not a bug.
While it would be better if mcc indicated somehow, that
the service cannot be/was not disabled, not doing
something that it cannot do, is not something that can
be changed.

Well, I've found that these services can not be disabled, anyway thanks for your interest.
