Should be fixed in next package, so test it, please.

(And yes, I know, I shouldn't have bumped the version, but I realised this fact after committing, so... ).

After updating system, including - drakconf-icons-12.21.1-1.mga1.noarch, icon for "Update your system" is in place.

Confirmed here too : the update package icon is here.
