The update to 1.1.3 uses still more functions from GStreamer head, something
related to a GroupID feature for streams.
I just commented it and it seems to work.
Extended gst-libav-1.1.3-gstreamer-1.0.x.patch is attached.

What I don't really understand is how got it to compile before...

Reverted upstream commit [1] which adds group-id support. Please test if latest version works for you.
