When installing Bugzilla, you get:

Checking for Daemon-Generic (any)                  not found 
Checking for HTML-FormatText-WithLinks (v0.13)     not found 

Both modules are not available in Mageia 3. You have to install them from CPAN yourself, which is not trivial.

New packages are imported only into cauldron.

Both modules are imported into cauldron.
