Patch to fix build and install localizations

The real problem is in generating Makefile in po subdir. This short patch allows to bypass this bug by simply adding a non-empty line (with just a single tab symbol) after "POTFILES = \" line in po/Makefile.in.in . Without this additional non-empty line the next non-empty line (that contains CATALOGS variable definition) gets removed in resulting Makefile.

Testing complete on Mageia 4 x86_64. I could reproduce the bug, and the update candidate fixes it. I could run the game both in French and Danish locales.

While testing for regressions (I found none), I noticed another unrelated bug, I'll create a corresponding bug report.

A patch has been added to also fix bug 12590.

The "Close" button in the Help::About dialog window did not work (mga#12590). This update adds a patch to fix this issue.

Tested Mga4-32 and Mga4-64 too,

Testing complete for atomix-2.14-11.2.mga4, 

I can confirm that the bug is fixed.

No translations, only English is used and detected.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
After with (atomix-2.14-11.2.mga4):

Now translations are available and automatically detects my French system.

This bug is fixed for all platforms.
We can close bug and move packages from testing into stable updates.
