Installing both php-gd and php-gd-bundled causes errors

eg.
$ php -r 'xml_parse_into_struct(xml_parser_create_ns(), str_repeat("<blah>", 1000), $b);'
PHP Warning:  Module 'gd' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

The two should probably conflict.
