msec notifications sent by D-Bus are shown untranslated.

2. Enter "kdesu msecgui"
3. Click on "Run now" on a daily check
4. Tray notification tooltip is untranslated.

Patch to fix the bug

The patch add localization features to the script and some extraction commands to Makefile.
