View functions: simple view, fullscreen mode, slideshow, zoom in/out/as window/original size.
Edit functions: resize, resize list of images, crop (beta)
Other functions: set image as wallpaper (optional), upload image to imageshack.us;
Full integration with social network vk.com (upload and download images).
Settings: language, hotkeys, dock settings and other.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
