If that third party group can package it then why not package it officially in Mageia? CC:

mageia Hi, Given the license of soft curlew, it was decided to not import it into the Mageia distribution. See the license (It is a religious license): http://ojuba.org/wiki/waqf/license I am the first disappointed because I wanted to import it on Mageia, sorry. I think we can close this bug. CC:
