Description Maikol 2013-06-17 23:49:35 CEST
Description of problem:
Kwin crashe if I try to use Opengl.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Mageia 3

Steps to Reproduce:

1.In systemsetting -> Desktop Effects i got a message like this

Desktop effects are not available on this system due to the following technical issues:

OpenGL compositing (the default) has crashed KWin in the past.
This was most likely due to a driver bug.
If you think that you have meanwhile upgraded to a stable driver,
you can reset this protection but be aware that this might result in an immediate crash!
Alternatively, you might want to use the XRender backend instead.

2. Try to reactive it and the crash window appear with this information:

Application: KWin (kwin), signal: Segmentation fault
Using host libthread_db library "/lib64/libthread_db.so.1".
