patch

applies to both oxygen-gtk2 and oxygen-gtk3 (with some offsets).
redirects standard output to /dev/null to avoid the warning.

or not... when kde4-config is available it now spits out:

kde4-config: Unexpected argument '2>/dev/null'.
kde4-config: Use --help to get a list of available command line options.

I've reverted the fix for now

For oxygen-gtk3, as far as I know it is also fixed in oxygen-gtk3-1.2.0
But I will double check today.
Will keep you posted.
