Add in official repository the software TeighaÂ® Viewer and Teigha-Converter

Teigha-viewer is a free cross-platform application provided by the ODA to end users only for the visualization of CAD drawing files. Load, save, print, and render .dwg and .dgn files. Opens and converts files into DWG in DXF format, needed to be edited in 2D software LibreCAD.

I installed in Mageia 3 this RPM packages (for OpenSUSE) and it worked fine. It is standalone package, do not install other dependencies and installs correctly an icon in the "application launcher menu", in "Graphics" and "More".

Backport requests are for packages that already exist in Cauldron, which is not the case here.

The license of ODA doesn't allow anymore the distribution of this software. They changed their licensing/pricing modell. One has to register at their site to get a 60 day trial version. Distribution of it is not allowed.

You have to pay cash to get a properly licensed version.
