Add software UNRAR in mageia repository

I checked this repository mageia ( http://ftp.nluug.nl/ibiblio/distributions/mageia/distrib/cauldron/i586/media/core/release/
) and not found the software UNRAR
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unrar ), which
is an excellent free mind-mapping software written in Java.


The software UNRAR  can be added to mageia repository?

unrar is in the nonfree repo (not tainted).
