Description of problem:
1) No any localization
2) Don't determine Russian locale
3) /usr/share/sankore/Open-Sankore: error while loading shared libraries: libquazip.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The package has not been updated yet.
There no French lokalization.
