11709 Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago. http://blog.mageia.org/en/2014/11/26/lets-say-goodbye-to-mageia-3/ Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. Description of problem: ibus-setup won t run: $ ibus-setup Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/share/ibus/setup/main.py", line 28, in <module> from gi.repository import GLib File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gi/__init__.py", line 27, in <module> from ._gi import _API, Repository ImportError: /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gi/_gi.so: undefined symbol: g_callable_info_invoke Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ibus 1.5.1-2.mga3 How reproducible: It is reproduced every time on my machine, but not on another with Mageia 3 as well. No idea what is the difference between these. And I have gobject-introspection 1.34.2-2.mga3 installed. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
