There seems to be an error parsing mageia-financial-report-2013.csv in this part:

2013-01-01,2012 saving interests,135.36

If I remove that on my local server issue is gone. But I don't feel comfortable to remove that on live system unless granted.

Romain can you please take a look? I know that your situation has changed but I'm not very familiar with that code.

AFAIK you planned some rework on reports so I didn't convert the report to lang system yet. Any suggestion?

Actually, errors/warnings should not be displayed on the production site, but that's an other issue. Fixed in last commit.

I would move the focus on treasurer.m.o which looks far more promising and solid on many aspects.
