Description of problem:

I'm running Mga3 having installed it from the live KDE CD (32-bit).  I have other installs on different partitions and have added them to the boot menu via MCC.  I also changed my mind and deleted one afterwards.  Every time I made a change to the boot menu I got a window up saying that acpi and acpid must be installed, even though this had already happened during the installation process.

This didn't affect my ability to boot into the other partitions afterwards.

I can confirm the bug on my Mageia 3 i586 laptop, with the version of drakxtools-curses from core/updates.

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.

Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Mageia
please feel free to click on "Version" change it against that version of Mageia
and reopen this bug.
