Description of problem:

Please add the vdr plugin SoftHDDevice

A software and GPU emulated HD output device plugin for VDR.


I compiled it myself in mageia 2. It's perfect, if vdr and client runs on the same pc. All client/server solutions have problems like slow channel switching or they have sound problems.  

vdr with softhddevice runs as pure server. But you can activate the display window with "svdrpsend PLUG softhddevice ATTA" or disable with DETA.

As vdr runs as vdr user, my simple solution was xhost +local:vdr.

Is it possible to add the plugin?
