Description of problem:
To use scim as an IME for typing in Japanese with anthy, a package called scim-anthy is needed.



How reproducible:
After having installed Scim, anthy and the required dependencies, scim does not show anthy, which prevents the user from typing in Japanese with anthy. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install scim and anthy (with all dependencies).
2.Open a document with Kwrite or LibreOffice.
3.Clic on the keyboard applet.  Anthy not showing

When downloading and installing the package scim-anthy-1.2.7_X86-64 from http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/20131539/dir/pclinuxos/com/scim-anthy-1.2.7-2pclos2013.x86_64.rpm.html to Mageia 3 Live, the problem is solved.  Therefore, that package is missing from the Mageia repositories.

We are promoting ibus for years. So there we do not include all scim packages in live ISOs.

How unfortunate.  iBus is simply not working in Mageia 3 (at least when using a Spanish locale). It changes the keyboard to English and won't add Anthy (or any other language).  I'll file a bug to that respect.
