Description of problem:
open containing folder after download ask for application, but still opens

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RC

How reproducible:
every time for the last at least two months

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download any file using firefox
2.click on save
3.after download completes right clock and open containing folder
4. I window opens and ask for program, but starts opening the containing folder
(in my case using dolphin, which is correct)
5. I manually need to close the window
